Opening Day

Opening Day will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Hedgecock Field, directly behind Satellite Beach City Hall.

In order for Opening Day to be successful, we need your help. Please, sign up here to volunteer.

Ceremonies: Begin at 9 a.m. on Hedgecock Field

Player Arrival: All players should arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes ahead of time to assemble with their teams and parade onto the field together.

Activities:
Get ready for a day packed with entertainment! We've got something for everyone. Activity bracelents will be available to earn through the hit-a-thon or available for purchase at Opening Day.
• Face Painting (activity bracelet)
• Bounce Houses (activity bracelet)
• Ninja Course (activity bracelet)
• Coffee Truck
• Ice Cream Trucks
• Concessions

Capture the Moment:
We'll be taking team and individual pictures on Opening Day. A schedule for the team picture times was sent out via e-mail. There will be no magnet fundraiser this year. You must purchase magnets through the photographer. Dean Stewart will send out an email with a link to purchase photos one week before Opening Day.

PLAY BALL!
We will have a few on-field showcases and exhibition games during Opening Day. These will take place on Hedgecock Field.
